Questions about paying
What can I read for free?
Your first chapter is free. You answer a few questions, choose one of the story openings written for you, and read before you pay anything. No card to start.
Do chapters expire?
No. Chapters you buy or are granted by a membership stay in your balance until you use them, including after you cancel.
Can I cancel a membership?
Any time, from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps every chapter already in your balance.
Can I get a refund?
Unused chapters are refundable within 30 days of purchase. A chapter that has already been written and delivered is not, because the work was done. A printed copy that arrives damaged or misprinted is reprinted or refunded.
What currency, and how do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by card, handled by Stripe on their own secure pages. Shipping is included in every printed copy.
