Do I need to know their private details?
No, and you should not try. You buy the gift; the couple answers the interview and sets the heat themselves. What they share goes into their chapters and is never shown to you.
How fast does it arrive?
The interview takes about ten minutes, and the first chapter arrives within a day of you choosing a premise, because a person reads every chapter before it is delivered. If you are buying against a date, give yourself a couple of days of margin.
Is it appropriate as a gift from a friend or parent?
Yes, because the heat is theirs to set, not yours. What you are giving is the frame: a story about them, at whatever temperature they choose once it is theirs.
Who reads what they share?
Only the two of you. Details go into writing your chapters and nothing else, no advertising and no data sales, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time. One editor reads each chapter before delivery, which is what keeps the quality honest.
