Second chance romance, written about you

The one where it already happened once. Read a free second-chance sample chapter, then have your own written from your real history.

Second chance is the only trope where the reader knows the beginning worked. The question is never whether these two fit; it is whether whatever broke it is still in the room. That makes it the most demanding of the tropes, because it needs a real reason they ended, not a misunderstanding a single conversation would have fixed.

What it rewards is specificity about the past. A shared history is made of ordinary particulars: the flat, the argument neither won, the thing one of them said at the airport. Vague nostalgia reads as filler; a precise memory reads as a life.

It is also the trope that fits real couples best, because most real couples have a version of it. A distance, a bad year, a stretch of not speaking. Told properly, the chapter is not about getting back together. It is about what changed in the meantime.

Everything else comes from your own interview: who is in it with you, the details only you would think to give, and the limits the story will never cross.

A short interview, your own heat setting, and chapters that arrive built from your details. A person reviews every one before it reaches you.
